What is "Brother?"

Brother is the working title for an SNES era-like RPG project I am starting development on. I am currently in the Writing/Character Design phase and will post general updates as the project progresses.

So what's it about?

after floating in the space between dimensions for an unknown amount of time a man given the designation JBD14h is recovered by a group of dimension faring scientists running from an unknown entity. When said entity attacks the ship and the entire crew goes missing, JBD14h joins forces with the ships AI known as MUSE to traverse dimensions looking for a suitable one to survive in while also running from the tragedies that follow in their wake.

the game covers many themes such as Existentialism, Found family and the complicated relationships between siblings.
